Common Questions
Tracker Blocker uses iPhone's VPN setting only to see which addresses your apps look up, so it can block known trackers on the phone. Your traffic doesn't go through ShooFly's servers. Turn it off any time in ShooFly's Protect tab.
Some links in emails go through tracking services ShooFly blocks. In ShooFly, open Block Trackers, tap the company, then Allow for 10 Minutes. Or turn Tracker Blocker off briefly on the Protect tab.
In ShooFly, open Protect, then Safari Ad Blocker, and tap Turn It On. In Settings, turn on ShooFly Ad Blocker and the ShooFly extension, and set websites to Allow.
Calls: Settings, Apps, Phone, Call Blocking & Identification, turn on ShooFly Calls. Texts: Settings, Apps, Messages, Unknown & Spam, choose ShooFly.
Some sites only honor requests from states with a privacy law. Mark it They Said No in ShooFly, and it will remind you to try again at your next check.
Plus is billed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ShooFly Plus, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
In ShooFly, open Account, then Download My Data or Delete Everything. Deleting removes your account and everything in it right away.
